At the heart of the issue of characterizing leadership lies two fundamental difficulties

At the heart of the issue of characterizing leadership lies two fundamental difficulties. Firstly, like ideas such as ‘love’, ‘freedom’ and ‘happiness’, leadership may be a complex develop and open to subjective translation. Everybody has their claim instinctive understanding of what leadership is, based on a mixture of experience and learning, which is not possible to capture in a brief definition. Secondly, besides, the way in which leadership is characterized and caught on is emphatically affected by one’s hypothetical sentence. The standing design is the steady and continuously arranged quasi-object that serves as the central concept or structure of the behavior setting.
The leadership has been an ongoing process for a long year and has been broadly characterized as a prepare of social impact. Leadership is not only the name of position, title, or any honor ship but it is a process of learning, understanding and observing which can be grasped by anyone who is keen to learn and put effort to absorb them (Yuki, 1998). Some people believe that it’s inbuilt culture which is developed over a period of time other think that it is a wisdom and experience which they get in their work culture. If we think that leadership is a dynamic process of interaction among and between people, then it cannot be defined clearly anywhere. However the word of leadership requires a definition to put an option forth as a role of the example, therefore the following definition is put forth as a theatrical role of our discourse. The capableness to create a sight and communicate that visual sense to others to the contribution in making that vision a reality. However, any treatment of leadership demands a definition be put forth as a portion of the exercise. Therefore the following definition is put forth as a part of our discussion. The capacity to create a vision and communicate that vision to others to share in making that vision a reality.
Leadership is not a function of level or position Furthermore; leaders have certain fundamental frequency beliefs and attributes: – Leaders believe that honest and ethical behaviors are foundational values of true leadership. Leaders use holistic mentation, communication, and answerability as the fundamental attributes of leadership.
Leadership is the ability to influence others by setting an inspiring example. The example is one that motivates people to pursue goals that welfare the organization. Typically, leadership involves creating a sight of the organizational future, devising a strategy for achieving that vision, and communicating that vision to all members of the organization.
The leader must explain the clear vision to everyone within the organization, so everyone knows the clarity of vision in the organization. Global leadership also entails providing an atmosphere that will encourage and stimulate people to surmount obstacles (Kouzes & Posner, 1995). There has been a great discussion about management literature which describes weather leading and managing are two different actions. The difference between leaders and managers are managers are that leaders have people follow them while managers have people who work for them. Managers create stability. Leaders create change and set the direction
The leader who dreams vision can make it possible into reality for others, leadership always connects, coordinate and communicate to their team member by utilizing their skills, knowledge, and abilities through this they built trust, create transparency within an organization.
Productiveness and ability will only take you and your organization so far. A lack of leadership suffocates any further progress. The Globalization model said that in many cases leaders have no idea what is happening across the world because of fast change as world is moving so fast every day we feel new change in our life so leaders must aware that where world is moving, sometime leader faces failure because they didn’t train themselves to face that changes.
My perspective of leadership is that. I am very fond of watching documentaries, movies, read articles on leadership styles and their behaviors in which my keen interest is that how leader rule around the world, how they win, how they defeat what challenges they face? How they struggle for their nation, what strategies they make for their organization to get success and how they create a change. And influence their followers. It’s a world history if any nation free from their enemy it’s all because of their leader who led that nation. In leadership style my main focus is on democratic side of leadership because in my high school I used to be president who always motivates their team so from teen age I have spirit to influence others after my graduation when I got a job in multinational where I was appointed as a team manager where group of 15 people works under me ,it was my tuff task as my team hate me because I am younger them and they don’t like that I work with them, it so hard because they all are man and I am the only woman who was there boss as they don’t want that I led them because I am a woman at that time I was so angry but I need a lot of patience otherwise I lose them all of sudden my turning point was start and I started to read articles, read book on leadership and ,I started to study one of my favorite leader Benazir Bhutto, she is also my role model little biography of Benazir is that she was the first lady Prime minister of Pakistan she broke the law of Pakistan and great a concept of gender equality I found during her ministry she I always communicate all members regardless she like or dislike them. She had a clear mission and vision, and had great had determination which reflect on her personality also in her era she did a lot of work for Pakistan.
Whenever I have a chance to become a Democratic leader of Pakistan . I give the opportunity to everyone to participate, share their ideas, exchanged freely, and discuss everything with me, I also believe in group equality and the free flow of ideas whenever needed, but same time, I am always there in the group to offer guidance and control. I always encourage my employee’s creativity and also rewarded them and always trying to build a relationship of trust, and respect among my followers.
I believe Democratic leadership works best in situations where group members are skilled and eager to share their knowledge. It is also important to have plenty of time to allow people to contribute, develop a plan, and then vote on the best course of action.
Learning and Reflection on Leadership issues
The theoretical perspective on leadership demonstrates that they exist a large number of leadership theories today. Each theory applies distinct levels of the analysis evaluating different areas or properties of leadership – such as traits, skills, behaviors, social exchanges and thus, carries different outcomes and definitions of effectiveness. Various leadership styles can emerge for different reasons and might be more appropriate or effective for certain situations or purposes. To become an effective leader in future business environments, I will have to identify a leadership style that fits not only the organizational and situational requirements but also suits me.
