In the old days

In the old days, people use letters, public telephones postcards so on and so forth to communicate especially with people who lives far away. It is slightly inconvenient because for letters and postcards, it takes several days to reach to the receiver and if the receiver replies your letter or postcard, you will need to wait a few more days for you to receive it. For public telephones, if you are lucky, you may not need to queue to use the telephone but most of the time you need to queue in a long line since using a public telephone is more time saving compared to letter and cost a few cents only. But in the modern days we live in right now, no one uses public telephones and send letters to communicate with people who lives far away. It is because the existence of modern technology and social media such as Facebook, Instagram and Telegram.
